2012 REGISTRATION COSTS

EARLY BIRD RATES – U6-U19

Sign up by July 28^th for these prices!

$75.00 – single player $70.00 – second player
$65.00 – third player or greater
(Sibling discounts apply only to those living in one household)

STANDARD RATES U6-U19

$95.00 – all players after July 28th, 2012 (Sibling discounts will still apply)

U5 players - $40

U5 players must be 4 years old by Sept 22

Walk Up Registrations – Registrations can be completed at Dick’s Sporting Goods/ Fiesta Mall in Mesa on the dates listed above. CASH OR CHECK ONLY
Electronic Pre Registration – Registrations can be pre-processed and mailed to the address below with a check or money order. Click on this link to eayso to understand and process an online registration. Guaranteed enrollment will continue using mail-in registration through Aug 11th.
