2010 REGISTRATION

FALL REGISTRATION FOR THE SEPT-DEC 2010 SEASON is open only through mail-in registration through Aug 27th.
any additional registration applications WILL BE managED
THROUGH OUR WAITING LIST POLICY
(see below)

LATE APPLICATION REQUESTS FOR REGISTRATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MAIL. tO ACCOMODATE LATE SUBMISSIONS, E- Registration WILL REMAIN open through August 27TH, 2010.
E-Registration does not accept payment online; however you may mail your printed & SIGNED forms WITH FULL payment to the address below. this application must be postmarked by August 27th, 2010. Late fees now apply and all player fees will be $95.00. postmarked mail-in registrations will be placed on a waiting list. Confirmations of acceptance will be sent via email or phone call NO LATER THAN LABOR DAY WEEK.

2010 REGISTRATION COSTS:

$95.00 – all players after August 14th, 2010 WHICH INCLUDES LATE FEE.
Players must be 4 years old by July 31^st, 2010 to register with AYSO

Waiting list policy

in the event that a player needs to be put on a waiting list for registration/team opening, the following will apply:

checks for players on the waiting list will not be cashed until the player has been offered and accepted a spot on a team.
The player will be listed in the order by the paid registration receipt date.
all efforts will be made to place the player on a team: if another player drops out, or if a new team is created.
The first player on the waiting list will be contacted first and given the opportunity to be placed on a team. If the do not want it ( due to practice location,times,etc) the placement will be offered to the next player on the list.
If the player cannot be placed until midway through the season, the registration fee will be prorated and a refund given.
if the player cannot be placed on a team at all the registration fee will be refunded.
