AYSO REGION 503

FALL REGISTRATION FOR THE SEPT-DEC 2010 SEASON

We offer two ways (walk-up registrations & electronic) to register your child for the 2010 Fall season. Plan to make the necessary arrangements to sign up before August 14, 2010 to avoid significant price increases. Any registration enrollment cost after August 14th will be $95.00 per player. Those registering after Aug 14th will be put on a waiting list and managed according to the waiting list policy.

Those requesting assistance through a hardship scholarship must submit a written request, mailed, & postmarked to the regional address below no later than Aug 14th to be considered. Scholarships applications will then processed according to the regional scholarship requirement policy.

Registration for the 2010 season can be paid on the following dates or by e-registration through the e-AYSO software (click here).

2010 REGISTRATION DATES:

Dec 5th -9am-noon- Dobson High West side

May 1st – (TBD - Check website as date approaches for location)

July 31st, Aug 7th, & Aug 14th (TBD Check website as date approaches for location)

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: FEES AFTER August 14, 2010 WILL INCREASE TO $95.00 PER PLAYER.

E- Registration is open January 1, 2010 to August 14, 2010. E-Registration does not accept payment online; however you may bring your printed forms and payment to any scheduled registration location or mail in the player registration forms, along with your payment, postmarked by August 14, 2010. Late postmarked mail in registrations will be placed on a waiting list and late registration prices will be required. Confirmations will be sent via email.

2010 REGISTRATION COSTS:

$75.00 – single player

$70.00 – second player

$65.00 – third player or greater

$95.00 – all players after August 14th, 2010

Waiting list policy

in the event that a player needs to be put on a waiting list for registration/team opening, the following will apply:

checks for players on the waiting list will not be cashed until the player has been offered and accepted a spot on a team.
The player will be listed in the order by the paid registration receipt date.
all efforts will be made to place the player on a team: if another player drops out, or if a new team is created.
The first player on the waiting list will be contacted first and given the opportunity to be placed on a team. If the do not want it ( due to practice location,times,etc) the placement will be offered to the next player on the list.
If the player cannot be placed until midway through the season, the registration fee will be prorated and a refund given.
if the player cannot be placed on a team at all the registration feel will be refunded.
